SandPlane Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
Effective and last updated: July 22, 2026 · Version 2026-07-22
This Policy explains how Monoceros s. r. o., provider of SandPlane, uses cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies on sandplane.com and tenant application domains. It supplements our Privacy Statement.
1. Your choice
Optional analytics are disabled until you select Accept analytics. Selecting Reject analytics does not limit the core Service. After making a choice, a persistent Cookie settings control remains available so you can change or withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. A changed choice takes effect after the page reloads.
We remember an accept or reject choice for 180 days and then ask again. You can also clear site data in your browser. Clearing essential authentication storage may sign you out.
2. Essential technologies
These are needed to provide a requested feature, remember privacy choices, authenticate users, select a tenant or language, protect registration, or maintain security. They are not used for advertising.
| Name/provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent · SandPlane | Records whether optional analytics were accepted or rejected. | 180 days |
| authToken and tenantId · SandPlane | Authenticates a session and routes it to the selected organisation. | Up to 24 hours |
| NEXT_LOCALE · SandPlane | Remembers the selected application language. | Browser session unless refreshed by the app |
| theme · SandPlane local storage | Remembers light, dark, or system display preference. | Until cleared |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Loads only when you submit a protected registration or sign-in action to detect automated abuse. Google may set security cookies and receive device and request data. | Varies by Google technology |
| Paddle | Loads only in the billing flow to provide checkout, fraud prevention, tax, and subscription management. | Varies under Paddle's policy |
| Featurebase | Loads after you open in-product support and then provides the requested support and feedback functionality. | Varies under Featurebase's policy |
| Sentry | Receives privacy-filtered technical error and performance diagnostics when monitoring is enabled. We do not enable Sentry Session Replay. | According to our configured diagnostic retention |
3. Optional analytics
| Provider | Purpose and recipients | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| PostHog | Product and page analytics used to improve SandPlane. Events are sent to our configured EU PostHog endpoint and may include a pseudonymous identifier, page, device data, and privacy-filtered event properties. | PostHog may use first-party cookies or local storage, commonly named ph_*. Browser identifiers may last up to one year. |
| Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights | Aggregate page usage, performance, and web-vital information received by Vercel. | Designed to operate without a persistent cross-site advertising profile; request data is processed when events are sent. |
We do not intentionally include transaction descriptions, amounts, filenames, bank details, uploaded document contents, or credentials in optional analytics events. We currently use no advertising-cookie category.
4. Browser controls and third-party information
Browser controls can block or delete cookies and local storage, but blocking essential storage may prevent login or preferences from working. Third-party retention can change; current details are available in the providers' notices: PostHog, Vercel, Google, Paddle, Featurebase, and Sentry.
5. Changes and contact
We update this list when technologies or purposes change and will ask again where a change requires new consent. Questions can be sent to privacy@sandplane.com or Monoceros s. r. o., Doležalova 3424/15C, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia.
