United States Privacy Notice

Effective and last updated: July 22, 2026

This Notice supplements the SandPlane Privacy Statement. State privacy laws apply only when their coverage thresholds and other conditions are met, and some exclude business-contact or employment-context data. Nothing here limits a right that applies to you.

Information practices

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected:

  • identifiers and account information, such as name, work email, IP address, and account identifiers;
  • commercial information, such as plan, subscription, and transaction status;
  • internet or electronic activity, such as service usage, device, log, and security data;
  • professional or employment-related information supplied in an account or Customer Data;
  • financial information contained in Customer Data or limited billing metadata from Paddle;
  • geolocation at an approximate country or region level derived from network information; and
  • inferences and generated operational insights based on Customer Data.

Sources, purposes, retention criteria, and recipient categories are described in the main Privacy Statement. We disclose information to infrastructure, security, support, analytics, and Customer-directed providers for the business purposes described there. We do not sell personal information for money. Optional analytics do not begin unless accepted through Cookie settings.

State privacy rights

Where applicable, residents may have rights to:

  • confirm processing and access or know categories and specific pieces of information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • receive portable information;
  • opt out of sale, targeted advertising, certain sharing, or qualifying profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
  • receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a right.

SandPlane does not use personal information for targeted advertising or qualifying high-impact profiling. If our practices change, we will update this Notice and provide the required opt-out mechanism. We treat a recognised browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request where applicable law requires it.

Requests, verification, and appeals

Send requests to privacy@sandplane.com with your state of residence and the right requested. We will verify the request proportionately, normally using information associated with the account. An authorised agent may act where permitted after providing proof of authority. If we deny a request, our response will explain why and, where applicable, how to appeal. Appeals may be sent to the same address with the subject "Privacy Appeal".

For personal information controlled by a SandPlane business customer, submit the request to that customer. We will assist the customer as its processor.
