Paddle.com Market Limited or its applicable affiliate acts as merchant of record for SandPlane subscriptions. Paddle processes checkout, payments, transaction taxes, refunds required under its buyer terms, and billing documents. Monoceros remains the provider of the SandPlane software service. Buyers can manage subscriptions and request transaction support through Paddle Buyer Support; our Refund Policy provides further details.

Supervision and professional status

Providing SandPlane is not subject to a special authorisation scheme and Monoceros does not provide regulated banking, audit, legal, investment, or tax-advisory services through SandPlane. Personal-data processing is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic.
