SandPlane Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective and last updated: July 22, 2026 · Version 2026-07-22

SandPlane orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. This Policy should be read with the Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and the SandPlane Terms of Service. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal linked from your transaction email or SandPlane billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. Cancelling stops future renewal charges but does not by itself refund charges already paid.

Refunds and withdrawal rights

Transactions are non-refundable except where Paddle approves a request, an order form or SandPlane offer gives an additional right, or applicable law requires a refund or withdrawal right. Eligibility is determined under the Paddle terms and policy in force for the transaction and any mandatory law that applies to the buyer.

A free trial that does not collect payment creates no charge to refund. If checkout states that a trial will convert to a paid subscription, the checkout terms and reminder or cancellation rules shown there apply.

How to request help

Use Paddle Buyer Support to cancel, exercise an applicable withdrawal right, or request a refund. Include the purchase email and transaction reference. For a product-access or service issue, contact support@sandplane.com so Monoceros can investigate and support Paddle's resolution.

Plan changes

Any immediate charge, credit, or proration for an upgrade or downgrade is displayed before confirmation or in the Paddle portal. The resulting subscription period and renewal price are shown in the transaction record.
